IEEE R10 Humanitarian Technology Activities (HTA) Committee will be hosting "IEEE R10 HTA Impact Congress 2023" at HTC 2023 in the historical city of INDIA - Gujarat. The congress is scheduled from 15-18 October 2023. This congress aims to provide delegates with the means to connect and enjoy sessions led by experts, workshops, display, and discussions are expected to create Global networking, Local engagements, Cross sector professional development, and various opportunities under SIGHT.
